The Plymouth Family Network (PFN) is funded by the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care through the Title I Department of the Plymouth Public Schools. PFN provides support to families with young children and expectant parents living in the town of Plymouth.
Founded in 1999, PFN is one of many Massachusetts Family Networks statewide. PFN provides parent outreach, education, and community support services designed to make parenting less stressful, build on family strengths, and enhance school readiness. There are no developmental or income requirements for membership and all services are free of charge.
