Plymouth Early Childhood Center's integrated preschool programs include children with and without special needs. Children without diagnosed learning needs are considered Community Peers.  An application is required for all Community Peers.  All Community Peers must be toilet trained in order to enroll in our program. Children must be 3 years old by September 1 of the school year they are applying for.

Due to the large number of applicants and limited number of openings, students for the program will be chosen by a lottery.   All applicants will receive a letter via email in March, if they are chosen or are put on a waiting list. Registration instructions and paperwork will be included with acceptance letters.

• January:  The lottery opens for new students.  Enrolled students receive a letter in their backpack asking if they are interested in returning.

• January-February:  Applications accepted from the community.

• March 19:  Lottery is conducted and families are notified by email

• April 12: Families of accepted students need to confirm enrollment, provide completed registration paperwork and pay the $50 deposit fee.

• April 27:  Parent Orientation and tour of the school.

• May 10:  All registration paperwork and deposit due for new students.

2024-2025 Waitlist Peer Application

Please note that children have to be three years old on or before September 1, 2024 to be considered. Removal from the waitlist is based on availability and changes in the accepted students' circumstances. You will be notified if your child has been accepted off of the waitlist as spots become available throughout the Spring and Summer months.

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is currently $15.00 daily for a 2.5 hour session .

Going forward, tuition increases will be as follows:

• 2025-2026 $17.50 daily for a 2.5 hour session

• 2026-2027 $20 daily for a 2.5 hours session

Returning Community Peers

Community peers currently enrolled are eligible for the following year due to consistency and the establishment of the relationship with children with special needs.  Please do not re-enter the lottery.
