Peer Application and Information

Plymouth Early Childhood Center's integrated preschool programs include children with and without special needs. Children without diagnosed learning needs are considered Community Peers.  An application is required for all Community Peers.  All Community Peers must be toilet trained in order to enroll in our program. Children must be 3 years old by September 1 of the school year they are applying for.

Due to the large number of applicants and limited number of openings, students for the program will be chosen by a lottery.   All applicants will receive a letter via email in March, if they are chosen or are put on a waiting list. Registration instructions and paperwork will be included with acceptance letters.

  • January 10th:  Lottery opened.  Enrolled students received a letter in their backpack asking if they are interested in returning. Applications accepted from the community.

  • February 14th:  Lottery closes and waitlist is opened.

  • March 10th:  Lottery is conducted and families are notified by email

  • March 28th: Families of accepted students need to confirm enrollment, provide completed registration paperwork and pay the $50 deposit fee.

  • April 30th:  Accepted student P

    arent/Guardian Orientation and tour of the school at 6-7:30.

  • May :  All registration paperwork and deposit due for new students.

Community Peer Lottery Application

Please note that children have to be three years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be considered.

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $17.50 daily for a 2.5 hour session .

Going forward, tuition increases will be as follows:

  • 2026-2027 $20 daily for a 2.5 hours session

Returning Community Peers

Community peers currently enrolled are eligible for the following year due to consistency and the establishment of the relationship with children with special needs.  Please do not re-enter the lottery.
