South Elementary School has a large and diverse population. With that in mind, our PTA, with the support of its parent volunteers, strives to provide a variety of support both financially and in person throughout the year. The fundraising efforts of our team are used to improve the SES school and community in several ways each year. We sponsor in-school enrichments as well as social/family events to bring our school community together. All these fundraising efforts make it possible to support transportation for off site student learning, classroom and teacher provision requests, and continuing to improve the facilities of our school as the needs of our students change.

As a member of the National and Massachusetts PTA, our principal goal is to bring families together with school staff in a way that builds relationships and supports student success.

We would love for you to join us to make great things happen this school year!

There are so many ways to support the PTA’s mission throughout the year. Any time you can give is appreciated and will benefit your student!! We understand your time is limited, in person volunteering, while encouraged isn’t the only way to contribute, even the smallest of gestures like supporting boosterthon, donating supplies to events and as simple as sharing a Facebook or Instagram post to your friends and family.

How do I join the SES PTA?

There are two ways to join the PTA. You can pay your dues by writing a check made out to SES PTA in the amount of $10.00 and pass in at any PTA Sponsored Event.

While members are not required to go to the meetings, it is the best way to stay on top of school activities and provide valuable input as a family member within our school. If you are not able to attend the meetings (either in person or online), we also use other avenues of communication: email, Facebook (South Elementary School – Plymouth, MA) Instagram (South Elementary PTA-Plymouth), flyers, and the PTA bulletin board to keep everyone informed and provide two-way communication.
